Resume Work was built out of frustration with every other resume tool on the market — clunky, disconnected from real workflows, generating piecemeal snippets instead of holistically drafting a resume, and sounding generic instead of like the person applying. Or, at the other extreme, an AI resume that invents experience wholesale just to match the posting.
Using a conversational AI to tailor a resume works well and feels like working with a writing partner — but copying and pasting between a chat window and a document app adds unnecessary friction.
